Every membership gets you access to our full facility during open hours. That means rowers, assault bikes, kettlebells, barbells, rigs - everything you'd expect. The difference between plans is really about how much guidance and support you want.

Stuff people usually ask before signing up

Yeah, for real. Seven days, no credit card required. Just fill out the trial form and pick a time to come in. We'll give you a quick tour, show you the ropes, and let you hit a class or two. If you don't vibe with it, no hard feelings.

Perfect - that's where everyone starts. We scale everything to your current level. Can't do a pull-up yet? We've got progressions. Never touched a barbell? We'll teach you proper form before adding weight. The Starter plan is actually great for beginners since it lets you ease in without overwhelming yourself.

We use a simple app where you can see the schedule and book your spot. Classes cap at 12 people so everyone gets attention. Warrior members get to book 2 days ahead, while Starter folks can book 24 hours out. Elite members can reserve spots a week in advance if they want.

One-on-one sessions with a coach, usually 45-60 minutes. We'll work on your specific goals - maybe that's building strength, fixing movement patterns, or training for something specific. It's focused time where we can really dial in technique and programming for you individually.

Absolutely. Happens all the time. Start wherever makes sense and adjust as you go. Maybe you start with Starter and realize you want more classes - boom, upgrade to Warrior. Or you're training for a competition and need that Elite-level support. Just let us know and we'll sort it out.
